All custom packages are constructed with the following as a minimum standard

Fleetwood takes pride in building the highest quality Instrument and Utility air systems in Alberta. From concept and design, to certified drawings and commissioning, Fleetwood takes a hands on approach to insure complete customer satisfaction.

  • High quality Kaeser rotary screw air compressors, complete with Sigma microprocessor controllers. Lead/Lag. Wye Delta Start. Full enclosure <70 dB.

  • Twin Tower Kaeser regenerative desiccant air dryer. Minimum -40ºC PDP.

  • 316 stainless steel process piping, valves and drain lines. Complete Mill Test Reports and CRN Registration is also available.

  • Braided Stainless Steel CRN Registered discharge flex connectors.

  • CRN registered, powder coated receivers. Certified for the Province of expected delivery.

  • Minimum 3 stage filtration with 0.01 Micron, 0.01 ppm protection, complete with 3 valve by pass and electric drains. ISO 8573.1 Quality Class 1.1.1

  • Condensate Management System offers a reliable and economical method of oil/water separation to comply with all environmental regulations.
